Active Ingredients per sachet:

• 17.8g specially processed Sleep Milk containing a Unique Protein ProfileTM
• 130mg Magnesium Sulphate
• 95mg Magnesium Carbonate
• 85mg Magnesium Oxide

• 10mcg Vitamin D3

Dosage:

Mix contents of one 18.5g sachet with 150mL of water and consume 30-45 minutes before bedtime. Can be warmed gently in a microwave oven.
